Ted Kupper was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in Cinema and English. In 2004 his screenplay, THE RED BARRON, reached the semi-finals of the Nicholl Fellowship contest. He attended the 2006 Screenwriters Colony, and has since written professionally for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, and Paramount Pictures. He currently resides in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, where he writes feature screenplays and dreams of -- someday -- again having a personal chef.
